I've used the Ameda Purely Yours Ultra Pump about five times now. I've been VERY happy with it--it feels so gentle, but it's completely effective! It's also much easier to keep clean and to put together than the Medela pump. I love that I don't actually have to leave everything in a big tote. I keep the entire thing on the floor beside my bed and it doesn't take up much space.
