Awesome advice. Right on the money, and I speak from experience. These tips can be helpful in determining whether or not your child has truly outgrown napping, or is simply being a stubborn toddler. I can't believe how many moms say their little one "outgrew" naps at a really young age: like 18 months. That is not true. Toddlers still need their sleep, they just don't *want* to take naps, and just because the schedule might need to be adjusted for their growing and changing doesn't mean that naps can be eliminated.
